绿色版安装报错如何解决

Important: For a successful ISTA 4.51 installation, ISTA Launcher 1.51 must be installed first!
If this is not done, ISTA 4.51 cannot be used without errors and a new ISTA installation is necessary.

The local IT administrator must be notified as needed.
